		<description>Here in India, everyone makes there own curd, buttermilk etc. Very few people buy these things: in fact I was surprised about this when I visited US - that people buy buttermilk.

I am even more surprised to see this post: it means a normal american will not know how buttermilk is made.

Anyhow, to each his own.
