I LOVE making my own bread and we did almost all last year but finally my DH started getting frustrated and so I stopped. He HATES how the bread slices are never perfect and that they are hard to slice. Is there a good option to help this? Thanks
What I like about home made bread, Wendy, is its unique shape and the fact it’s different from uniform looking square shop bought bread. To have nice slices, use a sharp, good quality bread knife. Also if you have to, use square bread tins.
